Project Planning & Monitoring
The Project Planning and Monitoring group of the institute is aimed to provide support to the ongoing projects of the institute for their effective implementation. The group keeps a track of various ongoing R&D activities in the Institute and more importantly, acts as an interface between an external agency and the institute personnel right from the inception of a project proposal to its completion. The group also helps to budget a project proposal and realization of intellectual property rights through signing of memoranda of understanding (MoUs) and nondisclosure agreements (NDAs) with external agencies and filing of patents.
